The house is filled with clues about the type of character of lives there: a bookcase filled with books on languages, mathematical concepts and travel; pictures of welsh icons or landscapes; a project area for designing and building; digital devices and a clear love of nature. Team Waunfawr staff have worked collaboratively over the Easter break to produce their very own Caraoke version of Shotgun - a firm favourite at every school disco. We wanted to share some joy at this difficult time with all our pupils and families. Thank you for watching.

This year's Eisteddfod short story competition was won by Holi Moreton for her retelling of St Dwynwen's love story. The judges were impressed with her use of language and the innovation of a traditional tale.
The year 1 pupils at Waunfawr Primary have been learning to play the violin with Mr Coutas from Caerphilly Music service. Their concentration and performance levels have improved over the year and they impressed all with this fantastic performance at our Eisteddfod.
